In a meaningful initiative to connect young people with government opportunities, Dr. Jaydev Kumar Mahato, Executive Director, Jharkhand Foundation Kendra, conducted an awareness programme on MY Bharat (Mera Yuva Bharat) at Sarvoday High School, Pindrajora. The programme was organised under the guidance of the District Youth Officer, Bokaro, with the objective of creating awareness among students about various programmes, opportunities, volunteering activities, and initiatives of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. More than 1,000 students benefited from the programme, gaining valuable information about the MY Bharat platform and the opportunities available to young citizens. Dr. Mahato encouraged the students to register on the MY Bharat portal and actively participate in activities related to volunteering, leadership, skill development, social service, experiential learning, and community engagement. During his interaction, Dr. Mahato emphasised that education goes beyond the classroom and encouraged students to develop confidence, leadership qualities, communication skills, and a sense of social responsibility. He motivated the young participants to explore new opportunities, use their talents positively, and contribute to the development of their communities and the nation. The enthusiastic participation of more than 1,000 students reflected the growing interest of young people in learning, volunteering, and becoming active contributors to society. The programme at Sarvoday High School, Pindrajora served as an important platform for youth awareness and empowerment, inspiring students to explore the opportunities offered through MY Bharat and take meaningful steps towards their personal growth and nation-building.
