In villages, talent is abundant but often remains unnoticed due to a lack of proper guidance and opportunities. When dreams do not find direction, they quietly fade into the background of daily struggles. Recognizing this gap, the Jharkhand Foundation Kendra organized a meaningful Career Counselling and Scholarship Guidance Programme in Jamadoba, Dhanbad, an initiative aimed at turning uncertainty into clarity for young minds. The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 40 students, reflecting a strong desire among rural youth to shape a better future. What made the event even more impactful was the presence of working women from the community, who actively engaged in the session, showing that the hunger for learning and growth transcends age and occupation. This initiative was made possible with the dedicated support of local volunteers, Trisha Mahato and Bobby Mahato, whose grassroots connection helped bring the community together. Their efforts ensured that the program reached those who needed it the most. A key highlight of the event was the inspiring session delivered by Dr Jaydev Kumar Mahato. With a deep understanding of rural challenges, he motivated students to recognize their potential and guided them toward making informed career choices.
